Gage Hingeley . . .

I have been fortunate to have grown up in San Diego, California, where there is an abundance of photographic opportunities awaiting my creative perspective. I took up surfing at the age of 5 and have been in the water ever since. My love for the ocean became an obsession. Surrounded by beautiful beaches, wonderful landscapes and diverse sports, I picked up a camera early in life. I enjoy documenting the elements unique to each image, seeking to be different from others. I don’t want to stand next to someone on the beach and capture the same image, because I don’t believe that is creating. Evolving into a more experienced photographer and cinematographer will continue to be a lifelong commitment.
